CRCA Affinity Programs

CRCA offers a variety of Affinity Programs to its members, designed to provide valuable services, discounts, and business tools tailored to the roofing industry. These programs are intended to help members save money, enhance their operations, and improve overall business efficiency.

Immigration and Hiring

CRCA and Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) have partnered to provide member companies access to much needed labour. TBB will assist CRCA members to fill labour gaps and bring skilled refuges to Canada for the opportunity for a good-paying job in the industrial, commercial, and institutional roofing/building envelope sector through the use of the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot Program.


Safety

CRCA has partnered with 1Life to offer the ROI Safety program. This program is a comprehensive safety management system designed to help members safeguard their employees, reduce risk, enhance workforce safety and ultimately grow their business. The safety platform allows users to effortlessly complete safety documentation, assign corrective action, take and upload photos, track GPS and add signatures. The program also allows members to create and optimize onboarding and training plans.

CRCA is working with the insurance industry to link the use of 1Life to insurance premium savings.


Fleet Management

CRCA members have access to fleet pricing on trucks, vans, and other commercial vehicles through CRCA’s partnership with Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM). These discounts can lower the costs associated with acquiring and maintaining a vehicle fleet. Presently, the Enterprise Fleet Management team oversees 70 CRCA member fleets and provides services including vehicle acquisition, funding programs, detailed reporting, vehicle resale, maintenance programs, fuel management, fleet cards, and GPS tracking.


Vehicle Purchase/Lease

CRCA members are eligible for purchase or lease rebates on GM Canada vehicles at GM dealership nationwide. Over 750 new vehicles have been delivered or ordered through EFM and or GM for CRCA members. With an average rebate of $8,000 per vehicle, members have saved more than $6 million on vehicle acquisition costs.


Fuel

CRCA members qualify for savings with the Petro-Canada’s SuperPass program. This unique no fee fuel card offers; total flexibility, control, security, cost management and most of all – a discount on all your purchases, including all grade of gas and diesel and car washes.
